The location was amazing!!! it was so easy to get to by public transport. going from the hotel to the airport on foot was super simple. It only took about 5 minutes, and it was all indoors. i never had to leave the building.
the room rate felt way too expensive. i was also surprised that checking in 5 hours before their 3 pm check-in time was an extra charge. everything felt robotic and contactless to me.

The check-in process was very straightforward. the viewing platform of the airport is a lovely addition. they have thought of everything. How to order room service and getting clothes washed.
i missed some amenities like toothpaste in the bathroom. i also had to wait ten minutes to check in as reception was busy speaking to someone at the bar.

the air conditioning only lowered to 19 degrees, i felt a bit too warm at night.

The short walk from the airport terminal was very convenient. i appreciated the self check-in, it was quick and easy. the breakfast had a good selection. I was impressed by the variety. the staff members were friendly and helpful .
The single pillow provided was soft. i needed a second one! the queue at reception was long due to understaffing. this made getting extra amenities inconvenient.
