great location indoor access high rate contactless service
The location was amazing!!! it was so easy to get to by public transport. going from the hotel to the airport on foot was super simple. It only took about 5 minutes, and it was all indoors. i never had to leave the building.
the room rate felt way too expensive. i was also surprised that checking in 5 hours before their 3 pm check-in time was an extra charge. everything felt robotic and contactless to me.

enclosed walkway convenient signs good selection
The enclosed walkway to the airport was super convenient. i appreciated the clear signs guiding me. I didn't even step outside. the dinner buffet had tasty food. the breakfast buffet had a very good selection.
the room was a bit small.

The hotel is directly connected to the terminals via a walkway. This made my early morning flight much easier. the early breakfast service was from 3:00 to 5:00 a.m., i found this especially helpful as i had an early departure.

straightforward process viewing platform missing amenities long queue
The check-in process was very straightforward. the viewing platform of the airport is a lovely addition. they have thought of everything. How to order room service and getting clothes washed.
i missed some amenities like toothpaste in the bathroom. i also had to wait ten minutes to check in as reception was busy speaking to someone at the bar.

my room was a family room. it included four bunk beds. two bathrooms made mornings easier. there was a dining table where we could enjoy snacks. staff members were very helpful .
the air conditioning only lowered to 19 degrees, i felt a bit too warm at night.

The short walk from the airport terminal was very convenient. i appreciated the self check-in, it was quick and easy. the breakfast had a good selection. I was impressed by the variety. the staff members were friendly and helpful .
The single pillow provided was soft. i needed a second one! the queue at reception was long due to understaffing. this made getting extra amenities inconvenient.

the hotel is right next to the airport, it provides easy access to terminals. it is also conveniently located near the metro station, this offers quick transport to the city center. the covered walkway makes it easy to reach even in bad weather.
